The Gypsy Play House

Currently approx. 10 week delivery

Price 4,700.00 (Including VAT at 20%)

The Gypsy Daydream Play House is as individual as your own imagination. Built as a dreamy hideaway for children to let their minds run free, you too can daydream, and this playhouse could be a gorgeous feature for your garden.

Whilst the Play House shown here explores the delights of dancing daffodils and delicate ivy on a base of Cornish Butter, the decorative design of your Gypsy Caravan can be entirely inspired by you. When you start to think about your design, please also know that our artist can decoratively inscribe a name onto your Gypsy too.

Three coats of the Heritage colour of your choice will be applied by hand before our resident artist begins to create a design that is completely unique.

Individually hand-made by Craftsmen in our rural Dorset workshop, your Gypsy Play House is created from air-dried Joinery grade Swedish Redwood from sustainable sources, lavishly protected against the elements before any paintwork is applied.

The Gypsy Playhouse boasts an impressive list of quality features including:
* Joinery-grade slow-grown Swedish Redwood and exterior hardwood plywood;
* High quality exterior Dulux Aquatech paints;
* Large external toy storage box;
* Internal bench seat with toy storage;
* Upper double stable door and lower single door;
* Twin Heart-shaped sliding windows;

Hand-made by Craftsmen who care, using the best of traditional techniques allied with modern know-how in our rural Dorset workshop.

Joinery-grade, pressure-treated slow-grown Scandinavian Redwood timber, air-dried to ensure a long life and peace of mind. All our timber is from sustainable sources, certified and approved by the Forestry Stewardship Council of Great Britain.

Solid Marine Chandlery brass hinges, hasps, locks and latches radiate quality, assuring durability. This minute attention to detail is complemented by the use of stainless steel fixings and durable double-plated screws throughout.

We use only the highest quality, heaviest gauge fully-galvanized steel for your Gypsy roof, with a slate-grey plastic-coated finish and edge trimmed for complete protection.

Wheels & Mobility:
No Gypsy Caravan would be complete without fully-working running gear, and our steerable system is designed to be practical and durable as well as attractive. All wheels and axles are then additionally enhanced by two coats of special protective black paint.

To steer and move your Gypsy from place to place we also include a steel handlebar attachment which fits to the front axle underneath the Caravan steps, which fold up into a locking position. Please note that the Gypsy has not been designed for sustained towing (by a vehicle or horse for example) and due care and attention should be exercised at all times.

Toy Storage:
Of course, we know children love their toys so, we have added two separate toy boxes within the design to keep those particular essentials close at hand and your children content.

On the outside rear of the playhouse is a storage box with lift up lid to give easy access to the toys from outside (particularly useful for grown-ups who like things to be tidy). This can also be accessed from inside the playhouse.

Inside the Gypsy Playhouse there is a single fitted bench seat (as standard placed on the right but can equally be placed on the left if required) which has a large sliding-door cupboard built in underneath to help keep toys and knick-knacks stowed away neatly.

The price of the Gypsy Playhouse includes delivery and installation within a 50 mile radius of our Dorset HQ. Thereafter there may be additional charges depending on mileage. The Gypsy Playhouse would then be despatched via a pallet delivery company in flatpacked panels for self-assembly or can be delivered via a specialist delivery company ready assembled.
