Hen Coop seen on Channel 4's Animal Madhouse

                                                                                                                                We were very pleased to be asked to supply a hen coop for the filming of Channel 4's Animal Madhouse Programme. In the Channel 4 programme, Animal Madhouse, a modern family were trialling chickens as potential pets for their two young children. Mum was persuaded to allow her children to trial keeping pet chickens and given advice from Bev at Rare Breed Poultry in Cheshire on how to look after their new chickens.  The family were given a couple of chickens,  little bantam hens were the most suitable choice for the children, along with  chicken keeping advice from Bev plus feed and essentials. We, were asked to supply the TV family with one of our Framebow Bantam Coops. The Coop featured in the programme was designed and made by Framebow specially with children in mind and made for the TV show.  It's so easy to use, having lifting/hinged lid into the coop that children can easily manage .  It was great to see how quickly the children took to their new chickens and how easily mum was persuaded  in the relatively short period of a week that they were trialling their new pets. The TV family decided at the end of the weeks  chicken keeping, that chickens are great pet for children to keep at home in the garden and were keen for their new pets to stay. I guess having the correct equipment helped!

River Cottage & Chicken Out Campaign

                                                                                           We are extremely proud to be providing coops for River Cottage HQ. After discussing chicken house specifications with River Cottages  Steven Lamb, we have built two houses for the River Cottage Chickens.. We are in the process of completing more chicken houses for River Cottage, a real pleasure for us.

                                          Our Bow Coop recently featured in March 09 issue of Homes & Gardens Magazine . It was featured as part of their selection of Latest in products for the garden and titled ‘Spring Chicken'.

The Field

                 Our Bow Coop was featured in the April 09 The Field Magazines ‘New In The Field Feature’ covering new things to look out for this spring.. Described as Easy stylish hen house accommodation, standing alongside designer products for country life.

                                                        Our Bow Chicken Coop recently featured in BBC Gardens Illustrated Magazine. Our Bow Coop was photographed in a beautiful setting, pictured here with hens making themselves at home in our Bow Coop!

Daylesford Organics

                                             The Daylesford Organics Farm Shop are now displaying and using our Bow Coops . They supply first class organic produce, including fresh organic meats, vegetables , cosmetics and country products including plants and garden furniture.  Daylesford is truly worth visiting. We’re thrilled that Daylesford are now running Chicken Keeping Courses , and using our Bow Chicken Coop for the events.

Latest News.......We have a lovely new design of walk in chicken coop. We've tried to design a very lovey spacious chicken coop , but within a modest budget, offering loads of space for you and your hens / cats & other animals as the unit is rather a versatilse bit of equipment and can easily be altered for use as other animal housing.
