If you require a dog run that's more unusual in design, then we;d love to hear from you. We have various options of modular dog runs, varying in length and width . It's also an idea to consider a method of heating for your new kennel. Various options are available to heat your kennel from tubular heaters , starting at around £20.00 and infra red heat lamps for around a similar price. The cost of insulating the kennel is an extra £120.00 . This consists if adding cavity insulation to the inside of the dog kennel and then covering this with a plywood lining. Usually we find our customers are happy to purchase their kennel without the added insulation, just the double lined roof which helps retain the heat within the kennel. The double lined roof allows you to add insulating material inside the roof cavity in winter to help retain the heat within the dog kennel during winter months, however during the summer months it's advisable to remove the insulation from the kennel roof cavity to allow air to circulate freely to keep your dog cool. That's the beauty of wood, keeps animal housing warm in the winter and lovely and cool during the summer.
